Jack ass..........

Jack came round last, He's not an ass but the title sounded good !!

He dropped off a tr6 motor that wasn't running too well. The lady in question had a so called "freind" take her bike for an MOT, the bike was running fine, but leaked a little oil. The "freind" then said he could carry out the necessary works the motor needed to stop the oil leaks.

When he dropped the bike back off, it was worse than ever,wasn't even running on both pots... So jack stepped in and brought it over to mine last night. We stripped the top end down after getting through all the bathroom silicone he had used on the gaskets!!
well it looks like one tappet adjuster had fallen off which popped the pushrod off the rocker.

Which got me thinking......do you reckon Uri Geller could build any engine ?? ...Anyway, need to drop out the valves re-seat everthing , new gasket set (without the bathroom sealent) and job should be a good un. Whatcha reckon Jack ???
